In the Art room, we follow the Spartan R's. We also use the acronym ARTIST to discuss what the Spartan R's look like in the Art room.

A-A+ Attitude

• Participate in all activities to the best of your ability.

R-Responsible Actions

• Listen and Follow Directions.

• Take responsibility for your actions.

• Tell the truth.

• Enter and exit the room quietly.

T- Team mentality

• Get and return materials for your table.

• Share tools and materials.

• Clean up quickly working together.

I- Improve

• Develop a growth mindset.

• Persist in the face of setbacks.

• Learn from criticism/Feedback.

S-Safe Environment

• Keep hands, feet and other objects to yourself.

• Carry and Use tools safely.

• Walk.

T-Treat yourself and others with respect

• Follow “The Golden Rule.”

• Act respectfully to others.

• Use Appropriate kind language and inside voices.
