My name is Mrs. Francesca Preston and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year! This year is going to be filled with new learning, exploration, discovery, and fun!

I live in Spring Lake Heights with my husband, daughter (Charlotte), son (Reid), and labradoodle (Rosie)! We are so excited to be expecting our third child this October! If you see us around town, please make sure to say hello! 

 I graduated from The College of New Jersey with degrees in English and Elementary Education. Then, I received my Masters in Special Education from Kean. I also have my certification in English as a Second Language; and I am a certified dyslexia tutor and teacher that is trained through IMSE and certified through the University of Florida in using multisensory techniques based on an Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach.

This is my sixteenth year teaching, and I could not be happier to teach in a wonderful community of teachers, students, and families.

My main goals as an educator are to build a classroom community where my students feel safe, challenged, and loved; and to develop a life-long love of learning in my students.
