Varsity Men's Water Polo Head Coach - 2020-Present
Coach East is in his 5th year at the helm of the Men's Water Polo Program at San Luis Obispo High School. He has an overall record of 77-46. In his second year he led the Tigers to CIF CS Division 2 Runner-Ups. Before his time with the Tigers, Coach East was coaching for the Paso Robles Bearcats from 2012-2020. Five of those years as the Girl's Varsity Head Coach, one as an interim Boy's Head Coach in 2015 with a coaching record of 91-62. East went to California Lutheran University to Swim collegiately. By his Senior season was a team captain and held seven school records. Coach East competed in high school for the Paso Robles Bearcats where he was All-League in all three aquatic sports Water Polo, Swimming, and Diving.
Junior Varsity Men's Water Polo Head Coach - 2021-Present
Coach Rubio is in his fourth year coaching for the Tigers. He teaches CP & AP Biology as well as Marine Biology. His water polo experience is as follows. Four year varsity water polo player and swimmer at La Quinta High School. Team Captain, who helped lead the team to a CIF-SS Championship 2012, CIF first-team 2012 & 2013. Attended UC Santa Barbara where he studied Marine Biology and was a member of the DIV I Men’s Water Polo team. Spent a short time as an NFHS Water Polo Official (2016-2017).
Varsity Assistant Coach - 2020-Present
Coach Meaney is in his 5th year coaching for the Tigers. Before coaching for the Tigers, Meaney spent time coaching for South Coast Aquatics and Westlake High School. Coach Meaney played at California Lutheran University where he was a 2x All-American and All-SCIAC. He currently sits 9th all time for career steals at CLU. Four-year varsity member of Palm Desert High School. Was 4x Desert Valley League Champions. He also received All-CIF third team in 2007 and All-DVL first team in 2006 and 2007.

Coach Iunker is in his 2nd year coaching with the Tigers. After Graduating Paso Robles High School he went and continued his Water Polo career at Cuesta College before going to Concordia University to continue his collegiate career.

Coach Tucker is in his 2nd year coaching with the Tigers. After Graduating Paso Robles High School he went and continued his Water Polo career at Cuesta College before going to San Jose State to play Division 1 Water Polo for a year.

Coach Teitge will be assisting the Tigers in the first half of season before attending his Freshman year at UCSB. Coach Teitge currently holds 4 school records at SLOHS was a Mountain League MVP, All-CIF, and All-American in 2023.
