Compiling tools to regularly hold inquiry sessions, focused around listening with all stakeholders, including staff, students, and community members is foundational to demonstrate the habits a of a listening leader. Regular, weekly SEL check-ins with staff provide information that guides individual and group professional learning and culture enriching opportunities.
