Fee Schedule and Rates
All fees will be due the Saturday prior to the week of enrollment. This is to ensure we have an appropriate amount of supervision for the number of students attending. Any student with an outstanding balance on their account will not be able to participate in clubs or sports until their account is paid in full.
Morning 6:30 AM - 7:20 AM Session | $35 per week, $8 per day.
Afternoon: 3:10 PM - 5:10 PM | We are proud to offer Extra Innings free of charge for all K-5 students and remain committed to providing this valuable program for as long as possible. However, due to current funding uncertainties, there may come a time when we will need to transition to a fee-based model to ensure the program's continuation. If we are to make this switch, the fee for after care would be $10 per day or $45 per week if attending all 5 days. We will communicate any changes well in advance and we will do our best to minimize the impact on families. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated as we navigate these challenges. For our 6-8th grade students | Participation in the After Care program is available by request only. If you would like your middle school student to attend, please email chere.converse@slamnv.org to make arrangements.
ALL students in the program are expected to follow the rules and model the SLAM High Five values. Failure to do so, may result in your student being uninvited to attend.
Payments may be made in cash or check at the front desk during office hours, or with a credit card online. (Online fees will be added.)
Any fees added to your account can be found in your infinite campus portal and paid in the front office with cash.
You must pay and register for Extra Innings the week prior to the week you need your child to attend. The online payment option is open Monday through Saturday for the following week. Alternatively, you can pay in cash or check in the front office during school business hours. We understand that life gets busy so you are always welcome to pay more than a week in advance, however, this must be done in cash or a check to the front office. Any payments being made the week of enrollment will result in being charged the daily rate.
Please enroll your child for the days they will attend as refunds and/or credits will not be issued for days missed or canceled due to the limited number of spots available. Extra Inning fees for dates are not transferable.
Students participating in school-sponsored sports offered through NCSAA may be required to pay athletic fees in addition to Extra Inning fees.
Students who participate in clubs or sports will be picked up from and dropped back off at Extra Innings by their coach or club sponsor at the time of their activity. Students not picked by the end of their activity will be taken to aftercare and charged a daily rate fee, which can be found on their infinite campus portal. If your child is participating in an afterschool activity that begins anytime after 3:00, they must be registered for Extra Innings. For safety reasons, students are not allowed to wander the building or wait outside until their activity begins.
