junior year

Junior year was entirely focused on learning how to produce and making videos. I learned a lot about storyboarding and important elements necessary in videos. I feel as if the videos I worked on turned out really well and I loved editing them.

This project was called the Remote. We were given freedom to choose what we wanted to do with the story and alongside my wonderful group, we tried to making an interesting comedy of sorts. I enjoyed editing this and couldn't stop laughing. The frequent cuts actually made it a challenge on getting everything perfectly timed and I loved the turnout. I helped do the writing and storyboarding.

For this project, we took on the challenge of doing a spy short film. With our favorite actress, Hannah Sherwood, we were able to film this intense little number. I helped write some of the story with Katya Alarcon and everyone's favorite, Ada Yu. I thought it was a fun time and I hope you catch all of our ridiculous jokes.

CHOSEN! One of the hardest projects and one of those with great planning. We kind of fell short of what we actually imagined the project to be. It was alright though because we spent a lot of time on this film and I'm still very proud to be able to say I worked on this!

At the beginning of the year, Ada thought it was a good idea to actually make me the star of this film. I knew it wasn't for me after the end of this film, but it was fun to try something different from what I usually did which was film and write stories. It's a quick short film and pretty easy to get.
