Discover the allure of our countryside retreats, Slade Barn and Slade Cottage, both nestled on a working farm near Exmoor National Park.

Slade Barn, a charming semi-detached conversion, accommodates up to 8 guests with an open-plan living space, wood burner, well-equipped kitchen, and a patio leading to a delightful garden. The ground floor hosts a king-size bedroom with an ensuite, while the first floor offers a shower room, two doubles and a twin bedroom.

Slade Cottage, a rustic hideaway that can accommodate up to 4 guests, features an open-plan living area with a wood burner, a double bed, and patio doors leading to a garden. With a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, underfloor heating, and a dedicated shower room, it's an inviting haven. 

Both properties provide a peaceful rural escape, close to Brayford village and the scenic North Devon coast, with the option to book together for larger groups up to 12.

We currently have availability for all months in 2024  (Prices Range from £300 to £800 pw depending on week). Please see the Booking Form

20% deposit, with full payment 2 week in advance.  Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival (full deposit will be refunded).  Maximum stay 2 weeks. This is a family site and is not suitable for stag or hen parties.

Arrival time on site is 16:00 - 18:00 (Unless otherwise agreed in advance)

Departure time on site is 10:00 (Unless otherwise agreed in advance)
