Google Forms

This is the equivalent to a Microsoft Forms - its just Google's version.

It has many of the same features and functions as a Microsoft Forms.

You could think of a Google Forms as questionnaire type of document.

No app required for this when using Smartphone or Tablet. It will load in your web browser (Safari on iPhone for example)
