Department Information 

The Communication Support Base helps young people with a variety of Additional Support Needs including Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. We offer a number of subjects within the base which our pupils can access. When pupils access mainstream classes, they may have a support assistant who can help with reading, scribing and social support. We offer a number of additional qualifications for seniors in the CSB such as Barista, Enterprise & Employability and Personal Development. Pupils are encouraged to attend College Link courses and Work Experience placements during their Senior years. 

Homework 

Any homework issued will be available on Google Classroom. 

Extra-Curricular 

Pupils are able to access all mainstream clubs. Currently in the CSB, we have a group who creates a CSB Newsletter which is produced once a term.
