Register customers through authorized salespersons
Authenticate users using secure OTP-based mobile login
Process and fulfill product orders (e.g., poultry and cattle feed)
Track and manage sales performance, targets, and customer engagement
Display location-specific product pricing and availability
Maintain user profiles for order history and repeat purchases
Facilitate communication between customers, salespersons, and sales managers
Ensure secure access and session management using device identifiers (e.g., push tokens)
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share data in the following cases to support app functionality and legal compliance:
With Salespersons:
Customer details (such as name, address, order history) are visible to the salesperson who registered them, to manage orders and maintain relationships.
With Sales Managers:
Sales managers can view data related to their assigned sales team, including customer orders and salesperson performance, for review, coordination, and approval workflows.
With Service Providers (e.g., MSG91):
We may use trusted third-party services like MSG91 for sending OTP messages. Only the minimum required information (e.g., phone number) is shared for this functionality.
Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal processes, or to respond to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders or government requests).
We take the security of your personal and business information seriously. The following measures are in place to protect your data:
Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
Secure storage: Sensitive information (such as identification documents and receipts) is stored securely using controlled access systems.

We may integrate and rely on third-party services to enhance app functionality. These services may collect, process, or store certain information as governed by their own privacy policies. Key third-party services used in our app include:
Firebase (by Google):
Used for authentication, real-time database, and crash analytics. Firebase may collect device information, user identifiers, and usage data.
Google Maps API:
Used to provide location-based services such as address mapping and region-based pricing. Google may collect location data as per their terms.
MSG91:
Used to send OTP messages for phone number verification during login. Twilio may temporarily process your phone number to deliver SMS.
