The South Kingstown School District has proudly provided high school students, both locally and across Rhode Island, with the opportunity to participate in our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs since 2017.

Each CTE program curriculum is carefully crafted to equip students for both career and college readiness. Those enrolled in our CTE programs become integrated into our high school community while benefiting from distinctive opportunities such as work-based learning, earning college credits, Advanced Placement (AP) credits, and industry-recognized certifications.

Furthermore, students who meet the course requirements and complete their work-based learning hours will receive special honors, including a graduation cord to wear with pride during their graduation ceremony and Senior Awards Night. This acknowledgment not only celebrates their hard work but also highlights their commitment to their future careers. We are excited to continue supporting our students in their educational journeys and helping them achieve their goals!
