antes (de) = before
ahora = now
a la una = at (for time with one o'clock)
a las = at (for time with all hours but one o'clock) [i.e., a las once y media]
a veces = sometimes, at times
casi = almost
cuando = when
de la mañana = in the morning
de la tarde = in the afternoon
de la noche = at night / in the evening
después (de) = after
de vez en cuando = once in a while
durante = during (i.e., durante la escuela...)
en el invierno = in the winter
en el otoño = in the fall
en el verano = in the summer
en la primavera = in the spring
entonces = then, so
