Written notice (email notice is acceptable) of cancellation is required and must be received at least 15 business days prior to the first date of the Indaba. For cancellations received after 7 days prior to the event, there will be no refund except in approved circumstances.
The NWU will take photographs and some video footage at the National WrCr Indaba and utilize them in either print, electronic, or other media, including the NWU website. By participating in the National Writing Centre Indaba 2018, you grant the NWU the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.
The NWU reserves the right to cancel the event should the number of registrations not meet the minimum requirements.
