SEMINAR PRESENTATION

To promote active learning, independent study, technical communication, and critical thinking, seminar topics were assigned to students based on Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the BCV702 – Estimation and Contract Management course. Each student is required to study the allotted topic in depth, prepare a technical report and presentation, and present it before the class. The activity encourages self-learning, enhances presentation and research skills, and exposes students to practical aspects of quantity estimation, contract management, tendering, and valuation beyond the regular classroom lectures. The seminar also provides a platform for peer learning through discussions and question-and-answer sessions, thereby improving students' conceptual understanding and professional competence.
