The faculty has a industry/R&D/teaching experience of more than 20 years, published several research papers on Hydrology, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing and GIS in national and international research journals. The faculty attended many workshops, national and international conferences and presented and published research papers.

In addition, he has exposure in the analysis of hydrometerological data such as rainfall, temperature, wind, humidity, water quality analysis, groundwater exploration using resistivity survey, hydrogeological method, well inventory technique, Etc.

He has analysed more than 124 years of rainfall data for Bangalore region and the same is depicted on the thematic map using GIS software. Besides this he also has an experience in publication industry where he worked as an editor for 5 years and edited many STM journals such as Elsevier, Springer, Nature, Royal Society of Chemistry, LWW, Etc.
