New Passholders

A completed lineage form for each Masthope property must be received and processed by the POC Office before ski privileges can be renewed by the Property Owner.

• Please note: Passes can take up to 3 weeks to be processed, so submit your lineage form as soon as possible if you have not done so already.

• If you already submitted a lineage form, please do not re-submit another form. You cannot make additional changes to your lineage (with the exception of “life events”) until May of 2023.

• Click the button below to be re-directed to the online lineage form. Once passes are printed, they will be available for pickup at the POC Office. Once you have your passes in hand, you can proceed to renew ski privileges as a "New User."
