STEP 1: HOW TO RENEW YOUR PASS:

ANYONE 18 AND OLDER: Any Masthope member 18 years old and older will need to login to their own account with their own email address.

Parents/Guardians of Children 18 and Older: Please advise adult children (18 and older) to set up their own accounts. It does no good for you to add privileges for adult children, (or grandchildren, or nieces and nephews... no matter their age) and usually creates issues with their account that prevents ski privileges from working. They need their own account to sign their own waiver.

TO RENEW CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18: A parent/guardian of the children will login for themselves with their email address, and will then add children to their account under "Party Member." (Many of your "Party Members" are already saved in your account from last year.)

STEP 2:

‍After logging in, use this link to view the Masthope Ski Privilege item. Click the cart icon to add the ski privilege to your card.

STEP 3:

The adjacent screen will then display. Select yourself under "Party Member," then click the "Add to Cart" button. DO NOT SELECT YOUR LOT NUMBER AS A PARTY MEMBER. Selecting the lot number does not renew any privileges for anybody in your party. All privileges must be assigned to people.

STEP 4:

The adjacent screen will display. Click "Continue Shopping" to add children on your lineage under the age of 18 to your account (if applicable.) If you are just registering yourself, you can click "Go to Cart" to checkout (Jump to STEP 9.)

STEP 5:

If applicable, add children under the age of 18 to your order by clicking the child's name in the drop down (if you had party members assigned from last year.) If their name is not listed, click "Add new party member." Due to system maintenance and cleanup over the summer, you may see that some lineage party members were removed. Simply re-add them to your account if that is the case.

STEP 6:

After selecting "Add new party member," the following screen will appear. Enter the webcode of the child/dependent under the age of 18 you wish to add, then click the search icon.

STEP 7:

The child's information will automatically display. Your email should be provided, so you (the parent or guardian) can sign a waiver of liability on the minor's behalf. You do not have the ability to change a user's email on file once it has been entered. If there is an error with the email on file or any information for a specific person, please EMAIL bigbear@ski-bigbear.com to correct it.

Select this member's relationship to you, (child or dependent), then click "Continue" to add them to your cart.

STEP 8:

Repeat the process outlined in the steps above for each child under the age of 18 in your family.

Click "Continue Shopping" > "Add Party Member" > Select Name or add by Webcode > "Add To Cart".

Once you have added everyone, click "Go to Cart."

STEP 9:

The adjacent screen will appear. Next, click "Checkout."

STEP 10:

In the checkout process, the store will ask you to review the items in your cart, your information and your address. Once you reach the "Waivers" tab, you will be asked to sign waivers for yourself as well as any children or dependents under the age of 18 that you have added to your account (if applicable.)

STEP 11:

Once all required waivers are signed, click "Next" to continue. A payment screen will appear. Since there is no charge for ski privileges, simply click to continue on. On the final screen, you will be asked to review and confirm your order. If everything is accurate, click the "Next" or "Continue" button to complete your registration. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. All submissions for ski privileges will be verified by the POC office to ensure all owners are in good standing.

IMPORTANT: Passes lacking an appropriate photo or liability signature are considered incomplete and will not be activated until corrected. If you believe your pass is missing a photo, please email a headshot to accesscontrol@masthope.org.

If purchasing tickets online, Property Owners can find a discount code in the their email confirmation after they renew their ski privileges. They can then share this code with guests to receive 25% off the regular daily lift ticket/tubing rate. Please note that this discount code should only be distributed to accompanied guests of the Property Owner. An acknowledgment signature on your ski waiver indicates you agree to this policy.

By renewing ski privileges, you acknowledge all information on this portal as well as the waiver of liability.

To view your account information and information for other party members tied to your account, click the "My Account" icon in the top right corner of the online store.
