USEF Elementary and Junior Division Approval Form - Please collect this form from all students prior to the Diocesan Fair. Note that projects involving human research, vertebrates, hazardous or controlled substances, or microorganisms require pre-approval before experimentation begins.

The form will prompt students to pay through a 3rd party site using a credit or debit card. If a parent has a concern or prefers another method of payment, please direct them to email the fair director: ChristineCelestino@jdchs.org
Note that students may need to use parent or personal email addresses in order to receive emails about the fair, depending on your school's spam filter settings. If a student needs to change their registration, please email the fair director: ChristineCelestino@jdchs.org.

Register yourself so that you can receive emails about the fair: DSEF Registration Form
Collect USEF Approval Forms (see above) from your students. These forms will need to be turned in at the fair.
Recruit Judges. The fair requires a total of at least 60 judges in order to run smoothly and end in a timely manner. Please ask members of your school community to volunteer to judge the fair. Each school should recruit a minimum of five judges for the diocesan fair. Judges register using the same form as you and your students: DSEF Registration Form
Nominate Students for Special Awards. Nominate your students for Best Working Model, Best Oral Presentation, Most Unique Visual Display, and Best Use of Mathematics. Send nominations to ChristineCelestino@jdchs.org
Remind your students. Plan regular reminders for your students and their parents about the fair and the expectations for student behavior.
