second year students

The second year of the Confirmation program is the most rigorous year for students. In order to best help the candidate understand what it means to be a disciple in the Church, students are asked to complete service projects, a saint report, a letter to the Bishop, attend a retreat, and select a Confirmation sponsor.

Here are the guidelines for the required saint report! Be sure to ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to a saint who can accompany you.

Service projects

Second year students are required to complete three service projects for their family, parish and community.

Sponsor forms must be signed and turned in before Sponsor Night. There will be a special night for second years and their sponsors to complete their interviews in early 2027.

If your sponsor is not able to attend, the interview must be completed individually as soon as possible.
