Hello! I'm Mrs. Miller...

I am thrilled to be teaching kindergarten at St. Joseph School! I have had the pleasure of teaching at SJY since 2003. I am originally from St. Albans, West Virginia where I started my career at St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School teaching sixth grade. My husband's job transfer brought my family to York in 2002. I have three children and two grandchildren.

It is important to me that my classroom is a place of joyful learning. The children learn to be disciples of Jesus as they gain knowledge and experience through play and academic instruction.

Communication with parents is also extremely important to me. I feel parents and teacher must work as a team in educating each child. I am always available through email (miller@sjy.org) or a phone call (717-755-1797), and I welcome all questions or concerns.
