My passion has always been to support and uplift others. I have been at Willow Glen Middle school for 5 years as an School Counselor. I have also had the pleasure to work 5 years at Willow Glen High School and 7 years in Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall as group counselor. 

I am a first generation College student and with that can relate to many of our students needs and struggles.  I graduated from San Jose State University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master Degree in Counseling Education. 

My role as an Academic Counselor at WGMS is supporting students through individual counseling, group counseling, and in classroom settings and by collaborating closely with parents, teachers, administration and counseling team.This is my third year as the Latino Club Advisor . I am fluent in Spanish and assist with translation. 

I love music, dance, working out and health education. My life is my lovely family, daughter, baby boy, God Son, mother and just all of my family! I am also involved in our community by being a volunteer at Sacred Heart community agency.
