Audition 

Instructions

Video your audition. Introduce yourself and tell me who you are, what you play, how long you’ve been playing, and something interesting about yourself so I can remember you better! If you will need to borrow an instrument from the school tell me what kind and size 

(ex: a tenor sax or a 16” viola) or if you will be using your personal instrument. Record all the scales and excerpts.

Upload to Google Drive and share the link with me (llevy@sjusd.org) or upload it as a private video to YouTube and share the link with me

Hard submission deadline: 4/30/2026

It is better to prove to me you can play with accurate rhythm and good tone than to play it exactly at tempo!
