HOW TO REGISTER

1. 1.) Fill out the club swimming registration. Don't forget to upload your club sport physical both through this link and to the Student Health Portal under Document Upload, Club Sports!

2.) Pay the club swimming dues ($70 + $30 insurance - dues go toward things like apparel, travel fees, practice gear, etc.)

Registration must be completed and approved by OCTOBER 1ST & before you can practice!!!
