We seek highly motivated students with an interest in applying computational methods to tackle complex biological problems. We welcome those with backgrounds in biological sciences and computer science who are interested in applying their expertise to biological systems. We are only considering students currently enrolled at SJSU.

Graduate Students

Graduate students generally enter the lab via the MS in Bioinformatics program and MS in Computer Science at SJSU. If you are a current SJSU student interested in joining, please email Prof. Wendy Lee your CV and summary of research interests.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduates at SJSU who are interested in working in the lab should contact Prof. Wendy Lee with a CV, a reference letter from your undergraduate advisor or professor, and summary of research interests.
