Please also note that both Gemini and ChatGPT free tier accounts may have limitations regarding the model's version, prompt length, complexity, and message frequency.
It's highly recommended to choose either 'Flash' or 'Pro' mode with 'Extended Thinking' option in Gemini and 'Extended' mode when working with the ChatGPT bot (see the illustration below).
The interaction can be performed either by typing directly in the interaction window or by using your voice (make sure to allow microphone use in your browser). Note: the interaction options might be different between your laptop and mobile phone browsers or security restrictions.
To start with either of these chatbot sims, type or say "hi" or "start". You will be given the option to choose either the default case scenario or to upload your own case using this form. You can also choose the specific settings of your testimony simulation using the below controls or choose the default option.
To tailor the simulation to your needs, please choose your preferred Difficulty Level (the simulation will ask you this question at the beginning):
Novice (Coached): Frequent interruptions from the "Coach" to explain the tactics being used and suggest better ways to phrase your answers.
Intermediate: Some coaching after major sequences; the "Defense Attorney" is firm but professional.
Expert (Adversarial): Minimal coaching; the attorney is aggressive, uses rapid-fire questioning, and will try to "box you in."
Additional settings are available, as per below. If none are specified by the user, 'default settings' will be applied.
