About Me

Welcome to our classroom! 

My name is Abbi Nelson, and I am looking forward to being your child's Kindergarten teacher this school year. This is my second year at Saint Joseph School. I am originally from a very small town right outside of Rapid City, SD. I graduated from the University of South Dakota with my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Reading. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, going on walks, traveling, drinking coffee, and spending time with my friends, family, and pets. I am looking forward to getting to know each student and family this school year.
