Click on the three bars in the upper left hand column.

Chose classes

Then click on the title of the class (If you are choosing writing you must click on "writing" not the purple box

OR

Click on the three bars in the upper left hand column.

Go down the list until you find the class you would like, click on the class.

Work can be found in order of most recent on the class home screen or you can go to the top and click classwork to find it.

Follow the directions above to get to the correct class

Once in the correct class:

Click classwork on the upper part of the page

Find the assignment in the list and click on the title of the assignment.

Once in the assignment click add or create

Click on drive

Find the assignment that you have been working on and click on it.

Click insert

Finally click submit.

Go to Zoom.us or the Zoom application

Click Join a meeting

Type in the meeting code and your name

(For distance learning the meeting code and password will be found in the classwork for the day)

Click Join

Type in the passcode

(Found below the meeting code in our classwork)

Click Join

Select join with computer audio.

Allow the camera and microphone access if prompted

When in a class Zoom please keep your camera on, but mute your microphone. Any sounds will switch the screen to you and will cut the audio of whoever is talking. Please remember to unmute yourself to speak and mute once again when you have finished.

How to save a document as a PDF.

Go to

File

Download

PDF Document

Make sure to name the document so you can find it, otherwise look in your downloads.

Submit the Document in Google Classroom as a PDF.

This is helpful when you receive a format error message or are submitting work that was not created in google docs.
