The Regents’ Scholarship application for the graduating class of 2017 will open November 2016, and will be posted HERE. There is a priority deadline and applications must be postmarked by early December. To meet the final deadline all application documents must be postmarked by February 2017. Late or incomplete application materials are not accepted. Documents mailed prior to the opening of the application WILL NOT be accepted as part of a students application file, students must wait to submit documentation until after November 2016.

Junior age girls and boys. Girls state is held in early June at Weber State University. Boys state is held mid June at Weber State. It is sponsored by the American Legion auxiliary. The cost to participate is $350 for girls and $400 for boys however, students are often able to obtain sponsors to help pay the fee. In addition the fee pays for housing, meals, materials, college class & 3 college credits. This is a great activity and it looks good on scholarship applications their senior year.
