Principal Chen Chih-Yang, currently serving as the principal of Hsieh-Chin Elementary School, holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Science from Tainan Teachers College and a master's degree in Taiwanese Cultural Studies from National University of Tainan. With extensive expertise and experience in education, he has served in key advisory and counseling roles, including as a Central Advisory Committee Member for the Ministry of Education's Social Studies Guidance Group and a consultant for the Tainan Outdoor and Marine Education Center.

　Principal Chen is highly skilled in curriculum and instructional leadership and holds numerous certifications, such as the Ministry of Education's Intermediate Certification in Taiwanese Minnan Language, Environmental Education Personnel Certification, and Basic Certification for Gender Equity Counseling. He is also dedicated to professional teacher development, having earned leadership certifications for teacher professional communities and curriculum development at both basic and advanced levels. Furthermore, he actively promotes Taiwan’s 12-Year Curriculum Guidelines and diverse learning support initiatives.
