LCPA has offered a Dual Credit Program in conjunction with neighboring colleges and universities since 2003. 

LCPA has been collaborating with San Jose City Community College to allow students to take college-level courses.

The program fills a unique niche in high school education. Certified, experienced college professors come to LCPA and teach their college courses to high school students. These courses are part of the student’s high school schedule and require no extra instruction time outside school hours. Upon completion of the courses, LCPA students receive college credit transferable to any university in California and to most across the country.
