TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 The official name of the app is Ronesdy Notes.

1.2 The owner and operator of the app is Ronesdy.com, managed by Md Musfirat Mohsenin Sadi.

1.3 The primary purpose of the app is to provide a comprehensive note-taking solution for students, enabling them to take, sell, and purchase notes.

2.1 All content available on the App, including logos, designs, images, and documents published by Ronesdy Notes, are the intellectual property of Ronesdy Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are prohibited from using any content without permission.

3.1 Users must not engage in any abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal activities on the App. This includes, but is not limited to, threats, inappropriate or violent content, blackmail, and intellectual property violations. 

3.2 Violations of these rules will result in actions ranging from warnings to permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offenses.

4.1 Users can upload and sell their class notes, assignments, and research papers on the App. All content must be relevant, accurate, and free from illegal or offensive material. 

4.2 Content must not violate any intellectual property rights and must respect the privacy and personal information of others.

5.1 Users are required to provide a valid email address and create a password to create an account. 

5.2 Users must keep their account credentials secure, provide accurate information, comply with all platform terms, and notify the platform of any security breaches. 

5.3 Violations of account terms may result in warnings, account suspension, or termination.

6.1 The App allows users to purchase digital goods such as class notes, assignments, and research papers. Users can also subscribe to our cloud storage service or make a one-time purchase for lifetime access with limited features. 

6.2 Users may request order modifications within 24 hours of placing an order.  Ronesdy Inc. reserves the right to reject orders or cancel them within a specified timeframe.

7.1 The App integrates with third-party services such as AWS S3 for cloud storage and Firebase for hosting. Users do not directly purchase these services through our site. 

7.2 We monitor and review the performance of these third-party services to ensure they meet our quality standards.

8.1 Users can sell their own digital goods such as class notes, assignments, and research papers on the App. Services are not permitted for sale. 

8.2 We manage and monitor user-generated sales through content review, user feedback, regular audits, and reporting mechanisms.

9.1 We offer a single-tier cloud storage subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase option. Users can cancel subscriptions through their account settings. 

9.2 Upon cancellation, data stored in the cloud storage will be deleted, except for data stored in the app's fixed storage.

10.1 We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, users must purchase the app for continued access. 

10.2 Users can cancel the free trial by deleting their account through the account settings.

11.1 We accept payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, and major credit cards. 

11.2 Payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Users receive instant confirmation of their transactions via email. For payment issues, users can contact our support team.

12.1 Refunds for digital goods are at the discretion of the marketplace seller and must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. 

12.2 Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 7 days if the product is defective or not as described. 

12.3 Users must contact our support team with their order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

13.1 We comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act in Canada, FTC regulations in the USA, and GDPR in the EU. We also adhere to local consumer protection laws in other regions.

14.1 Ronesdy Inc. provides its services and products "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronesdy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. 

14.3 The maximum liability of Ronesdy Inc. shall not exceed the amount paid by you for accessing or using the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ronesdy Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of their use of the services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

16.1 We will provide users with advance notice of any significant changes to these Terms. Notifications will be sent via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

16.2 Significant changes will also be communicated through in-app notifications. Users must review and accept the updated Terms to continue using the services.

16.3 The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The effective date of these Terms and Conditions is August 1, 2024. Please ensure you review the Terms thoroughly, as continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the terms from this date onward.
