Recently, I was was asked to serve as a guest speaker at the Association for Delaware Valley Independent School's gathering for "New & Aspiring Administrators." It was such a gratifying experience, sharing lessons learned over the years about best practices in school leadership with future educational administrators. I am grateful to Peggy Campbell-Rush for connecting me with that organization and for offering me the opportunity to reflect on my own practice and support up-and-coming leaders in a field that I am so passionate about!
