Teacher has great responsibilities of students, as students are future of our country, so teacher should have goals in their mind with respect to future. Teacher’s beliefs about teaching and learning usually have a positive impact on the students. Teaching is commitment to motivate, support & mold the students for the betterment. Teachers should share their life experiences into the class to enrich discussion & knowledge.
