December 2nd:
Day 1:
Begin your day by Thanking God for something he has given you; Then finish with the Hail Mary Prayer (Prayer can be found inside the back of your child’s yellow folder)
Language Arts:
Complete the worksheet that is labeled “Spelling ABC Order”. Students will write all 7 words in the box to the right. Students will then need to put the 7 words in ABC order by checking off each letter of the alphabet at the top of the paper.
If you cannot find your child’s spelling words, they are always listed on my classroom page found on the St. Joseph Website.
Complete the worksheet labeled “Beginning Digraphs Color by the Code”
Reading: Read the weekly passage that is sent home in your child’s blue folder. On the back of the passage, draw a picture of your favorite part.
Math:
Complete the worksheet labeled “Comparing Numbers with Dominos II”
Complete the worksheet labeled “Before, Between, and After”

January 26th:
Day 2:
Begin your day by naming 3 beautiful things that God has created. Finish by saying the Our Father/ Lords Prayer. (Prayer can be found inside the back of your child’s yellow folder)
Language Arts:
Complete the worksheet labeled “Fix it Up Statements II”
Complete the back side of the worksheet labeled “Nouns & Verbs”
Reading:
Read the weekly passage that is sent home in your child’s blue folder. Parents, ask questions about the text to check their understanding.
Math:
Complete the worksheet labeled “Sticky Number Bonds”
Complete the other side of the worksheet labeled “Graphing School Supplies”

January 28th:
Day 3:
Begin your day by praying for 3 people who may have passed away, sick, in the hospital, or someone who just needs extra prayers. Finish by saying a prayer of your choice.
Language Arts:
Practice Spelling words & Sight Words on your own (you can write them, spell them to a parent/sibling, etc.)
Complete the worksheet labeled “Compound Words” (Cut and Glue)
Reading: Read the weekly passage that is sent home in your child’s blue folder. Draw a picture of the setting of the story on the back of your passage.
Setting: Where the story is taking place
Math:
Complete the worksheet labeled “Base Ten Place Value”
Complete the other side of the worksheet labeled “Count & Tally Notebooks”
