2nd Grade

Draw a winter picture that shows something you like to do or see in winter. This could be:

• Playing in snow

• Building a snowman

• Sledding

• Drinking hot cocoa

• Watching snow fall

• A winter animal

Use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to color your picture neatly. Make sure to fill the whole page with your drawing!

5th Grade

Follow the picture below (or do it your own way) to fold a piece of paper. Use a pair of scissors to cut designs into the sides of the folded paper to make a snowflake. If you have enough paper, do this a couple times and experiment with different shapes to cut out. You don't need to bring these to school, just hang them up around your house!
