Career Compass is a newly developed organization that aims to offer career coaching services. A career coach, also known as career counselor, focuses on individual advancement. Our goal or focus is to help individuals, namely 2nd to 4th form High School, Junior College, or University students obtain valuable knowledge, training, or coaching to ensure successful entrance into the working/business field. Our venture provides one-on-one and group coaching sessions for varying needs, including application submission, analyzing suitable positions, building on skills and strengths, and determining the best-suited career path/fields; hence our company name Career Compass.
