As we enter the month of January our focus turns to the Franciscan value of justice. This value can help students find ways to lead by example and have compassion for others.
Our school counseling programs support students in developing these skills through a variety of lessons that include forgiveness, making good choices and building strong relationships with others
To help nurture your child’s ability to live out the value of justice at home:
Serve others
Engaging in direct service, advocacy, prayer.
Show love and mercy
Justice is always intertwined with love and forgiveness; it must not become harsh but remain rooted in compassion and God's mercy
