Only teachers can view the planning documentation.
We co-plan together - grouping out students from the pre-tests & other assessment data. Students are cross-grouped, according to needs.
Yellow means they will definitely get a teacher session on this skill - it's deemed important.
Trackers:
Trackers:
Copies of the tracker are sent to every student.
They use this tracker to keep a record of what they have mastered.
Again, yellow refers to lessons they will receive from the teacher.
Students who are at stage 6 are not required to be re-tested or begin at stage 5. The expectation is that they have mastered it.

The Maths Hub aligns with the trackers. The trackers are hyperlinked to go to the correct place in the maths Hub.
It follows a Learn It / Practice It / Prove It model.
Learn It: videos from Teacher Tools, us or the students to teach the strategy.
Practice It: worksheets or follow up tasks.
