Mindfulness colouring
In class we have been using mindfulness colouring to help our brain go from Monkey Scrambled Brain to Wise Owl Brain. Mindfulness colouring helps our brain and body to be calm, and focus on one thing.
Take a copy of the pictures and put them onto seesaw and use the colouring tools to colour the differnt parts in. OR if you have a printer you could print them off.

With some Duplo bricks and pipe cleaners you and your preschooler can work on fine motor skills while making a fun ring toss game!
Make a paper bird with your hand
Use what you can from your own home and trace around your city.
