COSTUME DESIGN

PROJECT: Design a Tribute costume that reflects where you are from, i.e. your “district," in the same way that Cinna designed costumes for Peeta and Katniss. Write a short description that explains how each element of your design symbolizes your “district" (town/city) by labeling and explaining the different parts of your design. Be sure to show which town/city you are representing with your costume.
