Notes about the School Schedule:

  • First period is the only class period that will meet each day at 30 minutes per class meeting. Over 2 consecutive days, first period will cover the same lesson(s) as one 60 minute block period.
  • All other class periods (block periods) will meet for 60 minutes every other day. The Blue and Gold block groups will have class meetings on alternating days.
  • Example: Blue Groups will have class meetings and cover Lessons 1 & 2 on Monday. Gold Group will cover the same Lessons 1 & 2 the next day, Tuesday, when their class meets. Blue Groups will then have class meetings on Wednesday and cover Lessons 3 & 4. On Thursday, Gold Groups will have class meetings and will cover the same Lessons 3 & 4. This pattern will repeat.
Over a 2 week period, both Blue and Gold groups will each have had 5 class meetings (60 minutes each) and covered the same material/lessons. First period will have covered the same material/lessons over the same 2 week period with 10 class meetings at 30 minutes each.
