Kiniski Gardens Affordable Community Development

Right at Home Housing Society is an inclusive, community-based charitable organization with over 40 years of history in Edmonton.

We develop and operate high-quality affordable housing across the city. Our mission is to strengthen communities by providing permanent homes that are safe, accessible and supportive.

With a portfolio of more than 30 developments, we provide 750 homes to over 1,000 families and individuals. This work reflects our ongoing, deep-rooted commitment to building community through affordable housing.

We are excited to bring new homes to Kiniski Gardens! 

We are planning to build new townhouse style homes on the Kiniski Gardens former surplus school site at 4320 - 41 Avenue NW. Our aim is to provide thoughtfully designed homes for Edmontonians who want to live in a great neighbourhood.

What We Heard Report

Thank you to all the community members who attended the Open House on September 9th, 2025 and filled out the survey. The poster materials from the open house can be downloaded here. 

Following the open house, we compiled and considered all feedback received into a What We Heard Report. The report will outline how we've incorporated community feedback into the design. We were not able to incorporate every idea, but we thoughtfully considered all the input we received and implemented feedback from the community where possible.

What Happens Next & Stay in Touch

Our next step is to finalize the design and submit the development permit application for the new homes. Check out the project timeline page for more information.
