Delete your SiteMatch account

If you would like to delete your SiteMatch account and associated data, please email:

support@sitematch.app

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the same email address used for your SiteMatch account.

Once received, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

Data that may be deleted includes:

• Account profile information

• Email address

• Trade profile details

• Uploaded profile or work photos

• Messages and job-related user content where applicable

After deletion, your account cannot be restored.
