Caution as many tutorials have mentioned make sure you have the correct disc selected when writing images to your player

First understand your microdrive is toast and will probable need replacing. The

intent of this tutorial is to explain how to re image a good drive with an uncorrupted image. You can use a 1-2 GIG CF flash card, with a compact flash to usb/ide convertor or if you have a digital camera that uses CF and you can use that. Using the program below copy the downloaded image onto the card and then format drive in your player.
