We recently celebrated a significant milestone for Nippon Volleyball Club in Zürich, as we marked our 25th year on June 17, 2023! The day was filled with fun and excitement, starting with some thrilling mini golf and bowling games. To satisfy our taste buds, we indulged in a delicious dinner at the Chinese restaurant, Hongxi in Opfikon.

The event was even more memorable as we divided into two spirited teams, Team 1 and Team 2, and engaged in friendly competition throughout the day. The volleyball quiz before dinner proved to be a delightful challenge, surprising many of our members with its difficulty. In the end, Team 2 emerged victorious, securing the competition's top spot and earning themselves a fantastic gift package to cherish.

Laughter echoed through the venue, creating an atmosphere of pure joy and camaraderie. As the event drew to a close, our club leader, Mayumi, had one final surprise up her sleeve. She presented each of us with a delightful mini plant to take home—a token of appreciation and a reminder of the remarkable memories we shared together.

We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate 25 incredible years of Nippon Volleyball Club. The enthusiasm and positive energy displayed by everyone made this occasion truly remarkable. Here's to many more years of volleyball, friendship, and unforgettable moments!
