We understand many people are skeptical when they hear or read about home buying companies. It’s unfortunate that there are scammers and other dishonest companies that give our industry a bad name. There are others that would rather pay an actor or actress to be in their videos, however, we understand that credibility and trust are critical to any relationship.

We use real photos of the homes we have bought and renovated…not some stock photo found on many “we buy houses“ sites. I’m Jack Rady, I will be the one you will meet when we walk through your house, the one that will answer the phone when you call. I am just like you, a local resident, honest, hardworking and kind. My family and I are local home buyers who take what we do serious and understand that what we do impacts the communities and families around us.

My father taught me years ago that for a business to be truly successful, it must have transparency, ethics and to always put others first! It starts with putting a real face to the business, and to be easily accessible and reachable.
