Stone Town Tour - Walking Tour
Normally this walking tour takes almost three hours to explore around Stone Town and visit all the historical buildings like National Museum, Old Arab Fort Museum, Old Dispensary Museum, Former Slave Market – where the slave market was, Roman Catholic Cathedral, Freddie Mercury House – a singer of the Queen, he was born in Zanzibar……I will give you all the details and information. You will see several shops, Local market, Cultures and styles of Doors like Indian style and Arab style, Mosques, Churches and Hindu Templates
Together we can explore the history of the island which helped shape our culture. Stone Town which was declared a World Heritage Site in 2000.
Stone Town is very confusing. It has a lot of Narrow Streets also and so many other buildings which reflect the variety of Cultural influence. Three hours tour.
Zanzibar Spice Tour
*This is the only tour that will let you that – why Zanzibar is called Spice Islands.
Pickup from Stone Town – the drive takes 30 minutes to the spice plantation, but from another side of the island, the drive takes more than 30 minutes.
As a tour guide – I will assist and you will discover the life cycle and uses of various types of spices, tropical fruits, and root crops – after more information about spices – you can test all the tropical fruits at the end of the tour.
Prison Island Snorkeling Trip
This trip/tour starts from Stone Town; I will come to pickup you from your Hotel – in Stone Town or other side of the Island drive to Stone Town for catch up a motorized to Prison Island. It takes 30 minutes to get to the Island. At the Island you can see a lot of Giant Tortoise’s – they are more than 50/ Birds like Peacock. The Island is very famous for its richness in water based natural attraction hence it is among the best site for snorkeling.
I will feed you with details information of the Island and you will know why its famous as Prison Island. A tour takes 3 hours.
Jozani Friendly Monkeys Forest Tour
Jozani Forest, it’s only National Park in Zanzibar. On this tour, I will come to pickup you from your Hotel by the Car – to any side of the Island and drive to Jozani Forest. From Stone Town to Jozani Forest drive takes 45 minutes. At Jozani you can see Red Colobus Monkeys in groups which are very friendly, Bush Babies, Birds then we can go to visit Mangrove Forest. I will be there for you to give all the details and knowledge you need to know about.
Half day tour
Safari Blue and Sand Bank Relax
On this tour, I will come to pick you up by Car from your Hotel (any side of the Island) and drive to Fumba Village- the way to International Airport – Zanzibar, from Stone Town to Fumba drive takes almost 30 minutes.
Safari Blue and Sand Bank it's a full-day tour that starts from Fumba Village, We catch a Sailing dhow at the Shore which takes 40 minutes to the Sand Bank – at the Sand Bank you can go for a swim/relax, take pictures and have snacks/soft drinks, tropical fruits in a cool shade place then later we can go for a snorkel nearby the Sand Bank – after we go to see mangroves (by a Sailing Dhow) swim through the protected Mangroves at high tide – from there, I will give you details information about Mangroves (Mangroves ecosystem in Zanzibar).
Around 13:20, we go for lunch at a small Island called Kwale Island – Seafood lunch/Soft drinks and Tropical fruits also provide lunch for Vegetarians.
After lunch, you can explore around/walk along the beach/swim, and relax, then later I can bring to an ancient Baobab Tree take pictures, and you can climb it – I will give you the detailed information about that Baobab Tree.
Around 15:30, we catch up our Sailing Dhow start back, at Fumba Village, we get in the Car I drive you back to your Hotel (Full day Tour)
Swim with Dolphins Tour
For this tour, I will come to pickup you from your Hotel (pickup it’s from any side from the Island) drive to Southwest – Kizimkazi Village. From Stone Town drive takes 1 hour twenty minutes. At Kizimkazi Village we catch up a motorized Boat in order to reach the dolphins zone which can take 15 up to 20 minutes – most of Dolphins are black which are so friendly - you can even swim with them if you like, after see/swim and play with friendly Dolphins for several hours we start back at Kizimkazi Village and we catch our car drive back to your Hotel.
