Teaching is the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences and feelings, and intervening so that they learn particular things, and go beyond the given. I believe in creating a positive learning environment in which respect for others is fundamental in promoting intellectual diversity. I also believe that the best education can be fulfilled by how deeply and widely educators understand their student's performance level. Teaching is a way of understanding the leadership based on relationship and effective communication with students. Interactive teaching methods including group activities and hands-on learning activities is a must in creating a good communicating environment.

Mentoring is another critical role of teaching as it will encourage the students to strive to be the best they can, listening to students say and help to enhance their confidence in learning communication skills. Perfect relationship between student and teacher will built an open, honest communication, and mutual respect.

Teachers should set specific and clear expectations, standards and goals from the very first day of the class. Setting a high standard for students is an important way to get students to rise to their potential. Beside that, long term goals for students should be set early and should continue over time, allowing students to use what they are learning later in life.

Learning is the process of acquiring new, or modifying existing, knowledge, behaviour, skills, values or preferences. Students must also have an opportunity to apply what they are learning through their own active efforts. This is learning in action, and it has no substitute.

I have learned that teaching is not always one way, but is interactive communication between the educators and the students. To conclude, my goal as a teacher is to instil a passion for learning within my students while providing them with an educational environment that is encouraging and positive. I hope to provide the skills and tools necessary for success and foster the individual talents for each student, given them the confidence to embrace their dreams and make them a reality.
