First, let’s look at a theoretical chemistry military structure …that exists at a molecular level AND to bring its molecular thought/ideas to a more visible level ….. uses humans …as actors/players on the EARTH stage.
This would enable an alert math /science amateur to see what is happening. The visible events are described and printed in newspapers ..say some tragedy. The surface veneer data is accurate (date, time, place, police data gathered or accident circumstances or crime scene).
