Many things are omitted from accident investigations. It depends upon what level of the abstraction ladder that you live on.
Think of the EARTH universe as a SYMBOL/ concept office building with the 11 floors .... as suggested by the 11 dimensions of information string theory physics. You live and work on one of those MENTAL levels.
Thru hard thinking and studying ...you can access other levels. That require efforts and math and science textbooks.
The SYMBOL MACHINE consists of English language words and concepts, math and physics equations, biochemistry diagrams, electromagnetic sin wave schematics, etc. The SYMBOL MACHINE equivalent are basic college textbooks in math and science that may be found in any bookstore or a bookstore near a university.
